Throughout the preparation of the project, functionality was combined with attention to detail and the creation of very personal environments.

The project aims at the construction of a multifamily housing building, consisting of three fractions of typology T3
The building develops on three levels:
A basement, ground floor and first floor
The basement is intended for the garage, storage and technical area, with distribution carried out through the common area for all fractions.
The deployment seeks the best social exposure.
The ground floor comprises a common room and kitchen, and a service toilet.
The floor consists of two single bedrooms, a common toilet, a double bedroom with dressing room and an independent private toilet.
The transition between floors takes place through interior stairwells and internal circulation areas.
Access to the basement is via an automatic gate, for cars, and is located on the left side elevation.

Hall of distribution, corridor and hall of the two rooms.
The proposed building was designed considering the urban and landscape setting of the land.
The house is organized on a level plane, without topographical obstacles and taking advantage of the variation in altitude, the front of the building for level access to the floor.
