What is Tiny House?
Tiny House, also known as mobile home or small house; The 20th century minimalist belief is “LESS IS MORE.” These are houses with and without wheels designed with maximum function in a limited space with the saying ". Q2Tiny Houses literally turn the whole world into the land of your home, regardless of whether it is zoned or not. So you can live wherever you want. Tiny Houseculture is also a very good alternative for families who want to save their children from apartments. You can live a life surrounded by greenery by saving your family from the tablet, phone and television triangle.
Are you selling partially built or finished homes?
Yes, we do both. If our customers wish, only trailer or trailer + carcass or finished product. This is a great way for people to do a little DIY (their own tiny house) and save money in the process. However, we won't be building anything less than a tiny house build. We need to ensure that the building is fully structurally designed, waterproof and safe.
How can I obtain water?
Just like a traditional caravan, our tiny homes come standard with a standard garden hose plug connection. It's that simple! Alternatively, we can offer Rainwater storage tanks and pumps for an additional fee, allowing you to go off grid. All homes have gutters, but they are not installed on the road due to size restrictions.
Can it be connected to the sewer network?
Most of our Tiny Houses come standard with a standard flush (residential) toilet. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the services of a qualified plumber and municipal permits to connect to the sewer or septic tank. As an alternative and much greener/sustainable option, we can install and supply waterless compost toilets on site, which do not require plumbers or any connections.
Can you make customer-specific designs on your standard models/designs?
Currently, we do not specifically build our tiny houses, namely Tiny House. However, all our models are designed and tested to optimize space, natural light and ventilation and offer the best functionality for a small living space. You can modify your tiny homes to some extent! All of our Standard Models can be customized with fittings, fixtures and finish options such as flooring, cabinetry, countertops, sinks and more.
Do your tiny houses come with solar panels?
Not standard, but as an extra we can provide a solar package to suit your needs. For more information please contact us
Do I need city approval for Tiny House?
Our Tiny Houses are considered “Caravans” and do not require city approval. They will arrive with a VIN/VIN number already registered with the Department of Highways and Transport and Main Roads (Highways). It is suitable for use with a plate, license and traffic registration. Caravans do not require approvals from the city, but the city council can limit the length of time one can live permanently. This decision may vary from municipality to municipality and State to State. We strongly recommend that you contact your local council for more information and current regulations.
How should a tiny house be chosen?

How can I obtain electricity?
Our standard tiny houses operate on 15 amp mains power with a safety panel. The tiny house can be plugged in using an electrical cord, just like a traditional camper. You won't need an electrician on site for this connection, you'll just need an extension cord. A solar power system can also be installed at an additional cost or this can be added at a later stage.
Are tiny houses insulated?
Yes, all our Tiny Houses are insulated. We use rock wool on the walls. We use double layers of rock wool on the roof. We also offer insulated double glazing and double glazed windows at no additional cost, greatly minimizing the energy required for heating and cooling. If you need insulation under the floor (if underfloor heating is requested) this is also an option and can be upgraded to all our models and designs.
Do you also make tiny houses without wheels?
Currently, due to high demand, we are focusing all our work on the wheeled house (Tiny House on Wheels). Tiny House on Wheels is not classed as a caravan and requires full council approval processes as it is classed as a fixed dwelling. Not all Tiny Houses in house designs and plans without wheels can be approved as permanent residences, especially loft models. Do you offer Off Grid systems?
Yes. We have many Off Grid solutions that you can add to your Tiny House design. We offer fully enclosed solar system packages designed to power your entire home (not just the lights) including air conditioning systems, a variety of composting toilet options, gas water heating system and gas appliances, rainwater storage tanks, pumps, greywater. systems and water filters. How to dispose of waste and greywater?
The most common for tiny homes on wheels is a combination composting toilet and greywater purification system. A composting toilet diverts liquid waste and turns solid waste into compost. The models we use are made in Australia, Canada, and Germany, are approved for use in all European countries, operate odor-free and can save 35,000 L of water per year. Gray water can be treated with a gray water filtration system and grease traps. Generally speaking, clean water can be reused in your garden or released directly into the landscape. It is important to check with your local municipality for any specific requirements regarding off-grid processing of waste.
