Apartment Bussigny - 3 rooms

Nice little apartment in Bussigny in a quiet and friendly area. 5 minutes from the train station and the city center on foot. Very convenient to work in Lausanne and enjoy a little corner of nature at the same time. Parking space included for CHF 120 per month (included in the price). The apartment is to be handed over by March 15, 2024 with a possible delay of 2 weeks for work. Some of the furniture in the photos can be left to the new tenants, including the library in the living room, the dressing room in the bedroom, the corner office and the sofa in the office as well as the flower pots on the balcony (in which we were able to grow tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, potatoes :)).
