On the entrance floor of the winery we are greeted by a large space with a fireplace dedicated to tastings and sales. The area dedicated to production is well designed and consists of two large rooms for aging and storage. Adjacent to the cellar is the warehouse for the storage of agricultural machinery The temperature inside the cellar is constantly controlled to optimize the timing and quality of production.

The cellar is perfect in every part and the materials used are those of the classic Tuscan tradition .The systems are up to standard and solar panels provide for energy saving. The floors are in terracotta tiles , the vaulted ceilings in original bricks or exposed wooden beams. The cellar in addition to being very functional is also well inserted in the landscape of the area devoted to the cultivation of the vineyard .

The vineyard is predominantly San Giovese, Canaiolo, Malvasia nera , Merlot. Currently there are eight labels of excellence in addition to Vin Santo and Grappa : production is about 45000 bottles and 35/40 quintals of oil .
