The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building in a residential area. The entrance opens onto the living room furnished with a sofa placed in front of the TV, a desk and other retro design furniture. From here you access the independent kitchen, characterized by the presence of exposed beams, equipped with all cooking tools and comforts such as the microwave and oven. A French window leads to the small terrace furnished with a wooden table. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The apartment is completed by two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Comforts such as free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and double bedroom and heat pump heating will be available to guests.
